Must be certified as being Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deaf/Blind or Speech Impaired (Usually by wearing your Hearing Aid(s) or With a note from your Doctor) - CALL US FOR A FREE HEARING TEST and TO BE CERTIFIED.
Must be 3 years old.
